Nigel Boon, the National Symphony Orchestra’s director of artistic planning, also will be aboard to present a series of lectures reflective of his 30 years of personal experience in classical music. A master of languages and linguistics, Boon’s expertise spans music publishing, advertising, promotion, product management, and production. Most recently, he served as executive producer for conductor Sir John Eliot Gardiner’s new CD label "Soli Deo Gloria." Boon joined the National Symphony Orchestra in February 2007.

When you are ready to reserve your stateroom, all you need do is place a deposit on your itinerary and stateroom of choice. The deposit is 15% of your overall cruise fare. You may do so with any major credit card, to include Master Card, Visa, or American Express. If you are eligible for American Express Platinum amenities on your Cunard Cruise, we are able to work with Cunard to secure those for you.

When Should I Book?
Because the National Symphony Orchestra cruise is a unique opportunity and offered just once in 2009, it has limited availability. Our best advice to you is to book as soon as you have decided that you would like to experience this Transatlantic voyage aboard Cunard. What Happens if I Have to Cancel?
Even the best laid plans can change for unforeseen reasons. Cunard and Cruise Holidays make it easy for you to cancel for any reason should you decide after you book that you can no longer take your Cunard cruise. If you cancel by no latter than 91 days prior to your departure, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, less $25 per person. After this, the cancellation fees, as established by Cunard, are as follows*
