Jim Work

At the 2007 Cruise Holidays annual conference, Jim won two awards. The first was for "Knock your Socks Off Customer Service." The second was for "Superior Sales Achievement." We believe these two awards go hand-in-hand. Jim is available 7 days a week, and goes above-and-beyond time-and-time again for his clients. He represents clients worldwide, and has sailed on numerous cruise lines. In 2006 alone, Jim took cruises in the Mediterranean, Alaska, the Caribbean, and a Viking River Cruise in Europe. Jim also has traveled Australia and New Zealand, and has enormous knowledge and familiarization with all of our cruise line partners. Knowing that each cruise line caters to a different demographic and to different interests, he will work closely with you to ensure you have the best possible experience. Jim is a graduate of The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and prior to his career with Cruise Holidays, worked in the technological field.

Bob Miller

Bob, with Jim Work, founded Cruise Holidays to serve the travel needs of discerning travelers worldwide. Bob began his career as a lawyer specializing in employment law. After 15 years in the legal field, Bob has taken a break from his other career to focus on growing Cruise Holidays. Bob has traveled extensively throughout the world, has experienced first-hand Cruise Holidays' cruise line partners, and has developed close relationships with Cruise Holidays' best cruise line partners. Bob has earned Accredited Cruise Counselor status through the Cruise Line International Association, and is available to assist clients with all their travel needs. Bob is a graduate of The College of William and Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia, and of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Kay McKinney

Kay works for Cruise Holidays Monday through Thursday. Kay has traveled extensively throughout the world, and is especially knowledgeable about luxury cruise lines, including Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Kay recently sailed on Regent's famous Paul Gauguin in Tahiti. Kay also recently sailed to the Galapagos Islands, and just returned from leading a group of Cruise Holidays' clients aboard Oceania Cruises Jacques Pepin Mediterranean cruise that departed Barcelona on August 6, 2007. This year, Kay also enjoyed a tour of China aboard Viking River Cruises, and sailed the Atlantic aboard SeaDream. Kay's clients love her enthusiasm and client-focused attention to detail.

Elaine Manarin

Elaine is a past-client of Cruise Holidays, and now works for us part-time. Elaine has traveled aboard the Cunard Line, Princess Cruises, and recently returned from a spectacular cruise of Alaska.

Nancy Kincheloe

Nancy brings a weath of knowledge and experience in the luxury cruise market to Cruise Holidays. Nancy has sailed repeatedly on Crystal Cruises, her cruise line of choice, and also has sailed aboard Royal Caribbean, Cunard, and Princess. In 2008, Nancy will embark on a 60+ day partial world cruise aboard Cunard Line's newest ship, the Victoria.
